Deadwood KOA
At this National Historic Landmark, guests try their luck at one of the casinos, watch historic reenactments, visit museums and gold mines, pan for gold or visit the graves of Wild Bill Hickok and Calamity Jane. The ride is on the house when guests stay at the Deadwood KOA, which runs a free shuttle. Car rentals also are available. Directions 1 mile west of Deadwood on Highway 14 A, 0.5 miles past Broken Boot. From I-90 West, take Exit 30. Left on Highway 14 A to Deadwood. From I-90 east, take Exit 17. Right on highway 85 to highway 14 A. Right on highway 14 A through Deadwood.
